As a matter of semantics, croissants are viennoiseries, and so fall under boulangerie and not pâtisserie. Since they contain leavening yeast.

Where is ChocolaVany ?
Kind of hard to find . . . along the main road near Petit Cul de Sac.Where is ChocolaVany ?
Amazed you even TRIED!We enjoyed croissants and pastries from Chokola Vany most days last week--Malik's smile a welcome sight each morning. I am especially fond of their pain aux raisins, crispy and delicious. We tried to keep CV pistachio ice cream, mango passion sorbet and frozen macaron in the freezer though none lasted long!
