Pool Escapes?

Yes please do tell which ! Terre de Haut always my 2nd favorite stop on our small ship cruises, SBH always 1st from our 1st Windstar cruise their 1st year in bizness. Great little restaurant there we always went to...

Terre de Haut? Marie Galante? Do tell.
Just for the record, Marie Galante is not the same island as Les Saintes.. they are both outlying islands of Guadeloupe along with La Désirade...

I was in Terre de Haut in January while on SeaDream. Loved the little town and my fresh fish Créole lunch on the water. Tourmente d’Amour tartes a must! Divine coconut tartes bought from a lady in a house who made them herself! The photos work if you click on them..I am not too technical 🤪

A number of years back I stayed for a week at Les Petit Saints in Terre de Haut and it was magical. It has changed owners since and there are couple of negative reviews but I still think it would be worth a try. One night at dinner I saw an American looking gentleman eating by himself and he ended up dining with us. He was a writer for Condé Nast and he was doing a piece on the FWI. His next stop was going to be St Barts so I gave him an itinerary of things he should check out. When the article came out the section on SBH started out saying “St Barts is a supremely topless Island. Topless cars, topless women, topless bank accounts.” I think he nailed it.

Tropical up the road from Nikki also has a nice pool, from our understanding easily accessible .
I’ve enjoyed Tropical a number of times. Definitely beautiful gardens for dining (with very good food), and a nice view from the small pool area (though, I’m not sure how available it is to people who are not Hotel guests). “Easily accessible” . . . not so sure about that. Walking there, unless one is staying quite nearby, is strenuous (at least) for some on this Forum . . . and the Hotel only has valet parking, which can be slow

I loved CCR! You might have to offer night passes to CEC with playlist selected by the host!
For the CCR fans John Fogarty is on tour this summer. He acquired the rights to his music a couple of years ago after a 50 year legal battle so he can play all the classics. For the people who want to get very nostalgic he will be playing in Bethel, NY at the site of the Woodstock Music Festival in case you missed him in 1969.
