what are you eating??

finally going to my daughters restaurant this weekend...we are both very very excited for it......review to follow

nice way to start the holiday week
 
all my pots are Crueset......I dont believe anything holds heat more evenly then they do....I do also have Capholon in sauce pans and small fry pans....but I almost always reach for my cast iron fry pans first...I have one that is 20 years old and nice and black the way a cast iron fry pan looks after years of service
 
The only problem with Crueset is you can't touch for 30 minutes after you are done and mine are way older than yours- obviously.

Why would you need to touch them.

Aren't you eating for thirty minutes?
 
My worst was putting my hand, palm down, on an electric stove top. I had circular marks for weeks. OUCH-just remembering it!
 
Oh, agree. And I would add I shop to that as well.

But sometimes, she wants to let me relax while she cleans.

It doesn't last.
