Tonight's steak was scrumptious, thanks to our new Le Creuset pan. Thank you for the help! That's the good news. The bad? I bought this perfectly lovely pan at an outlet mall in our town that I have boycotted since it opened because I opposed the development-maybe fifteen years ago? Sell out? Delicious steak? Maybe it's time for me to let it go.
