Unfortunately, Joe's Cable Car in San Fran closed earlier this year. That was a great burger!!! Loved the owner Joe, he was great with the kids.

Hi, I see Le Sereno was on the list before but not anymore...

The burger is not on the normal menu, but on the beach menu, so you would need to ask for it. It is pretty new still and the Chef does like to change dishes, but this one looks like a winner. You would need to like focaccia, similar to pizza dough as that is the bread used... don't count the calories.
