First night dinner ever on St. Barths...1990...we came in later...staying at the Guanahani...didn't want to go to the hotel restaurant because we wanted a simple dinner and to go to bed early as we were tired doing the first trip...so Guanahani told us about the Marigot Bay Club just down the road...we were 28 and 29...and we knew we were in paradise...came back every year for about 25 years...our kids grew up there...still talk about it....Marigot Bay Club.

That is what I remember my friend. The first time I had ever had lobster Cassolette! I was hooked. Went back there 3 times on our honeymoon.
