The coffee shop

One of the nicest people on the Island, Laurent was a long time waiter at Maya's during the Nineties before starting The Coffee Shop.
 
Not sure Laurent started the Coffee Shop originally as I think Carl Toop, a Brit started it with his friend Ranaldo, a Frenchman, back in the mid 1990's.
