Tamarin vs Esprit

I tried to the find the pre fixe menu for L'Esprit but could not find it. Is it posted somewhere? I don't have Facebook.

Thanks for any information.

It varies from day to day or week to week - not sure they post it anyplace. I don't see a menu on Facebook or Instagram...

The menu changes nightly . . . some items may be repeated frequently, but it's not a fixed menu.

We are stopping there tonight for a drink before Tamarin, a reverse of Saturday night when we went to Tamarin for a drink first. I’ll try and grab a picture for you. I will say - it doesn’t matter the menu, you cannot go wrong. I had something I never would’ve ordered if not for Tof, a pork tenderloin dish where the animals are fed only chestnuts?!? I had never heard of such a thing, but I’ll tell you it was the best single meal this week. So much so I tried convincing my wife we needed to go back for a second visit this trip, though to no avail. “C’est la vie” haha - poor me had to make due at Beefbar

Ah, perhaps one of Jean-Claude’s Cochon Noir (Black Pig) dishes? I have told Jean-Claude that if he has Cochon Noir on his menu then I’ll be ordering it.

Great commentary re: L'Esprit selection! I can add that the pork tenderloin is consistently one of the Chef's best menu items! (You also can reliably trust Tof's recommendations!)

So the pigs fed with chestnuts dish is well known in Spain, a lot like Iberico ham (kind of like prosciutto) where the pigs eat acorns. Both are amazing! I try to order Iberico ham wherever I can see it on the menu! The whole thing sounds delicious!

The pork, It is truly delicious and special. I still pick the pigeon when it is on the L’Esprit menu.
