My most favorite restaurant, L’Esprit, has introduced a new concept -- a printed list of evening specials . . . very helpful in decision-making (Saturday night choices)
Of course, the nightly changing menus continue to be exquisite, IMO
With an amuse bouche of scrambled egg & shavings of black truffles
I enjoyed a starter of Crayfish carpaccio (melt in your mouth — a religious, almost Communion-like experience!).
. . . followed by delicious Sole
. . . et vin!
