Cheryl & I have been on a food health kick since I started reading, Good Energy by Dr. Casey Means. Tonight’s repast was Chilean Sea Bass, cooked to 165 inside, spinach, mushrooms, onion rings and mashed potatoes all in lemon butter sauce. The wine was spectacular. I love Kistler out of California. However they are stingy with their distribution. This wine was recommended…never buying Kistler again.

Great job! We eat like that most of the time as DD is a great chef and likes to cook. We know a lot of winemakers in Napa (generic term for that area including Sonoma) and people do seem to like Kistler and DuMol. We don’t drink whites in general (Burgundy excepted) but there are a lot of wines in that style so keep trying different ones! Bon appétit😋🥂
