Cheryl & I have been on a food health kick since I started reading, Good Energy by Dr. Casey Means. Tonight’s repast was Chilean Sea Bass, cooked to 165 inside, spinach, mushrooms, onion rings and mashed potatoes all in lemon butter sauce. The wine was spectacular. I love Kistler out of California. However they are stingy with their distribution. This wine was recommended…never buying Kistler again.
