Came across this “local” rental company that apparently includes a private chef. Does anyone have experience using them or is it some sort of scam? Can’t find much info about them other than it’s Canadian but sounds a bit fishy. Only ask because they have some listings not found on the usual companies. Charges the usual 10% service fees…

I see that my villa is listed on their site, which is interesting since I have no affiliation with them and no contract, either. So, either it is some sort of scam, or they are just another third party aggregator affiliated with one of the other local agencies disguised as a "local" agency themselves. I am going to contact them and find out what the deal is....
