We have a winner, both of the race and of the contest! Agir Recouvrement has crossed the finish line in Gustavia harbor, to a cacophony of noise! Bretagne CMB Performance will finish about an hour behind them. Agir (and most of the other boats) has been mostly sailing under spinnaker since they rounded the mark at La Palma in the Canary Islands. This has lead to a record-breaking finish time, shaving well more than a day off of the previous record set in 2006.
Two entrants chose Agir Recouvrement as the race winner, Andynap and Didoer. Didier picked the later of the two finish times, and is the contest winner. Congratulations!
Diana, I'll reach out to WIMCO to find out how to collect your prize, and will send you a PM in the next day or so.
Thanks to all who entered. I hope that you had fun with this. Maybe we'll do it again in 2 years, for the next edition of the race.
Thanks also to Rosita, for providing realtime on-the-water photos of the last few miles of the race, which you'll find at the end of the

And Thanks to WIMCO SBH for donating the winning prize, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot.
