I wish the site well. there needs to be more than one site/ I was on the other site for years, quite interesting. I think what they really need is for a local real estate company to buy them out.

If you become moderator of Jim's site in this early stage of development, you have the opportunity to put the stamp of your personality on it as it develops, much as we have on SBHonline. You're already spending the time of a moderator on SBHonline, so it wouldn't be a burden on your other activities. Jim would be fortunate to have you.

Since the Forum has three moderators, it might be an idea for one of you to 'jump over' and work with Vincent. Tim- you are the teacher on how to post photos etc and John you are the tech person. Dennis manages a lot of the editing as I understand it. I don't have any tech or photo skills. Cassidain you may be the perfect person to work with Vincent and Jim as well. I am passing.
