CASTAWAYS ON A FRENCH ISLE

We also enjoyed the christophine at Auport but thought the stuffed christophine with lobster at Marigot Bay was exceptional!

Always our restaurant of choice for last night, often with Lloyd and Pat.

I'm not sure I ever had the stuffed Christophine at Marigot Bay but I did have some outstanding dinners there in an exceptional setting....we were hangin on that side of the island in those days and between Marigot Bay and Le Flamboyant and Hubert's joint....we were all set

I loved Au Port, especially their goat. It was warm, but we were in Gustavia and that was part of the point. I didn't mind La Poste. I mailed Christmas cards more than once from La Poste (ahem...HB) and made friends with a very nice and patient man who sold me stamps. He came for a drink on the boat a few times. What a place, what a place.

A table by the rail/window was a good experience that was ruined by motorcycles doing wheelies around the corner. Place kinda lost its charm after the Poste was built.

I think I may have only post La Poste, and haven't known any different.
