St Maarten Entry Form Not Cooperating

We are traveling to SBH tomorrow through St. Maarten from Atlanta, and are unable to complete the online form. It won't allow us to add Nationality or Country of Residence. I tried several times, but no success. Has anyone else had an issue and a solution? I recall seeing a post about this a while back but can't locate it. Many thanks!

Last 4 trips over last 2 years I was only asked once about it American in Atl at bag drop off. Flashed an email and he said thanks. Didn’t even look at it. Wish they would just nix this.

We have never needed it so we stopped completing that years ago. Vincent also indicated to us that it wasn't necessary.

We weren't asked for the form last year either, but we came down the jetway and straight to the transit desk. Been a few years since we deplaned on the tarmac. Anyone know if the latter requires going through customs and maybe the form?

. . . seems like it was someone's "pet project" that proved -- with little utility -- to be an unwieldly, expensive, administrative failure. Is anyone familiar with SXM surprised?

you can do all this at their new kiosks when you arrive in sxm. no worries, the transit people will help you.

UPDATE Breezed through SXM from ATL. Never completed the form, followed through transit, and no questions asked! Wonderful first day, and look forward to the next two weeks. Now back to star gazing!

NO need for the form if you are going right on to SBH. When you arrive in SXM, simply follow the signs to "Transferring passengers". SBC will retrieve your bags for you. Not sure about Winair!!!

We carry on for two weeks, so not an issue. But my preference is SBC hands down. Junior with SBC got us on the last flight out of SXM right before hurricane Tammy.

I tried several times, and the form would not display the drop down for "nationality". In speaking with someone on the plane down, she had the same issues but kept logging on and off and finally got it to work.

American in Charlotte wouldn't let us check in without it. I showed him the email saying the validation was on the way and he had to go to a supervisor to verify that we could check in with that.

I like Delta, as well, Diana . . . but often find its fares to be substantially higher than AA.
