St Maarten Entry Form Not Cooperating

We are traveling to SBH tomorrow through St. Maarten from Atlanta, and are unable to complete the online form. It won't allow us to add Nationality or Country of Residence. I tried several times, but no success. Has anyone else had an issue and a solution? I recall seeing a post about this a while back but can't locate it. Many thanks!

You'll need if going through Immigration/Customs in SXM to catch the ferry. Doing it ahead of time was a great time saver as others were taking a lot of extra time to complete it on the kiosks.
