First course was crudo di Mahi Mahi with petite, tender asparagus
. . . following with pasta & thinly-shaved slices of shrimp in a delicate tomato basil sauce
Main course of Red Snapper with red sauerkraut & a large, thin slice of a mushroom cap, in a richly delicious mushroom reduction sauce
Dessert of chocolate cake in meringue with raspberry sorbet & raspberry coulis
