Watch the video on the Mac site. Like All Things Mac, the Iphone is actually very intuitive. Point at something you want and click it.
Not too difficult.
Eventually, after much Poo Pooing, Windows will release their version. I am sure that you will be able to turn it on with sysphone.exe.file.start and easily navigate between the verious other functions if you can remember sys.popup.block.disable everytime you get a new popup error screen - assuming you can remember all the other codes and debugs necessary.

After two days with my new HTC S710 Windows Mobile 6 phone, I want my iPhone!
Well, ok, I'm going to give this a few more weeks before putting it for auction. So far I'm not very impressed. Even opening the box -experience was a typical "which part of Asia did this grey box come from and what's that funny smell".
