Welcome trip. Not sure if you are going to get any reviews as is it a recently built villa but you can be sure that with most st barts villas, what you see is what you get. It's a gorgeous villa with a large pool and amazing view. If you like it and it's within your budget, go for it. You can actually rent directly from the owner and save the 10% service charge. It's on vrbo, #442928. Good luck.
