The list sounds like personal choices so only suggested swapping Grain de Sel (dinner to lunch) and Beefbar vice versa (lunch to dinner) because Grain de Sel is lovely during the day and so close to Saline. Also, I believe it's the same menu for lunch and dinner. We have had lunch several times and were supposed to go for dinner this trip but plans changed due to the water situation.
Beefbar is beautiful for sunset drinks, have been many times, though we have not dined. I suggested it for dinner (vs lunch) b/c so pretty in the evening. You can't go wrong, it's beautiful any time of day!

That was our go to destination for Fete Nacional after Maya’s closed. A good place to be for an excellent meal and a super view of fireworks.

Agree on Bonito--we occasionally stop for cocktails, not to dine. It's still a very pretty room though having been to Barry recently (just below) I would suggest drinks there instead. The space has been totally transformed, very clubby, lovely bar and views, cocktails excellent. Menu looks interesting as well.
We are fond of Grain de Sel--enjoyed two very nice lunches there over the past few weeks. Clearly popular with locals. The menu is nicely updated--some dishes remain while many are new--as is the cocktail list. We shared stracciatella with apricot jam and curried rillettes, I had delicious tuna crudo with salsa verde, others mahi ceviche, smoked tuna burger and seared tuna w/coconut rice. We also shared an excellent banana tarte tatin and were offered house-made rum. We've been several times since its re-opening last November and will return.
As the saying goes, to each their own when it comes to St Barth...and its restaurants!

Agree re: Barry -- expensive, but a lovely, very graciously renovated space . . . great drinks and appetizers, with a "killer" view.

why anyone would go to bonito always surprises me. they have a great view, good drinks, but that is as far as my review here would go
