Wondering if any of the forum members have ever dined at this 3 star Michelin northwest of Lyon ? I stumbled upon a 4 hour, yes, 4 hour documentary program on 1 of our local PBS stations 2 days ago & recorded it...I watched it all in awe tho in hourly segments. Was fascinated by not only the details from start to finish, but the way in which dining orders were placed in the kitchen, the quietness of that magnificantly designed kitchen as so many went about their specific duties.

Wendy & I, Nancy, were in Lyon several months ago & loved the City (like a small version of Paris) & its great restaurants. We’ll return . . . so I’m happy to have this “tip.” Thank you!

Mme Cassidain and I luncheoned there (prior to their move to Ouches) 20 or more years ago. In that era one could still do a "businessman's luncheon" at *** restos for a song. It was our best *** experience ever. Perfection in every aspect.
If I were in that area today I would probably do Restaurant Régis Marcon *** as well.
