Tradewind question in San Juan

I am thinking of taking Tradewind this trip for the first time. Wondering how long between landing from US and taking the Tradewind flight. Would I be able to make a 3:25 pm Tradewind flight if my arrival time in SJU is 2:06 pm?? Thanks!!

Highly unlikely. Tradewind requires check-in an hour ahead of departure time., & the chances of getting from your arrival flight to the Tradewind check-in counter are slim. If your arrival were on time . . . you get off the plane quickly . . . were traveling only with carry-on luggage . . . and you hired Tradewind VIP service, you MIGHT be able to do it.

I always book the last flight of the day from sju to sbh.....tradewind will put me on an earlier flight if there is room, you have a narrow window with your time, does not sound very relaxing to be able to just make your flight by minutes..

I have the same problem flying out of Houston. United arrives SJU at 3:42 pm. Not worth the risk, so we book the later United flight that arrives 8:38 pm. Stay in the hotel there in the airport which is very close to baggage claim and the Tradewind lounge. We then take the 6:45 am flight the next morning. Lucky that villa is ready, so basically a full day.

Last three times we flew TW, we flew Southwest out of Hobby, which is MUCH closer to our house. First time was a direct flight, but the rest required and early departure with the additional leg, but we could still make the late flight. Budgets have sent us back to SXM.
