Tip for Villa Concierge

What is appropriate (generous but not stupid) tip for villa agency concierge who meets you at airport, helps with bags, guides you to villa, and introduces you features of villa ?
Midrange villa not rockstar villa  . One couple.

And if the agency prestocked your villa, they will never turn down a glass of 🥂 😀

I would not call 20 Euros generous. Tips are entirely up to the situation and your generosity. Concierges generally do a lot more than just show you the house, and handing 20 Euros is not exactly showing them gratitude or respect, unless you do not count on seeing them again and you only have a few small bags.
When concierges stay in touch, take care of reservations and issues during your stay, and perhaps pick up your luggage upon departure, tips should be much higher. I would say around a 100 for general services, and up from there, all depending on the services, the size of your group, luggage, length of stay, and general satisfaction with your concierge. The type of villa shouldn't even matter, although I believe tips are often in the 4 digits for larger houses.

Bear in mind, we are very self-sufficient and travel light. If it is just myself, I usually give 50 Euro bill. If Anita and I or couple family members I usually give 100 Euro bill. Need some explanation because everyone's situation is different. I make my own reservations for dinner and lunch. We go to the market and stock the villa fridge ourselves. I do ask the concierge to visit the Villa in advance of us arriving and set the a/c to my designated temperature so it is nice and cool when we arrive.

Of course we tip on departure and if they have done exceptionally well, I tip exceptionally well - after the service.
