If you like folk lore and fables told as a modern story, this young writer delivers. Follow the story of a young doctor in the Balkans as she and a friend try to bring medicine and aid to an orphanage. Very different-very well done.
I did three until I saw it was your post Amy! Figured there was NO WAY you would read that kind of book. This one looks good. My SBH Bookshelf is getting VERY full.
