The Protest with Helene, but first the exercise on St. Jean Beach..Great Morning

around 40 people showed up for the protest...before the protest.tradewinds flew over , what a show this morning some guy tried to block traffic with his van, the gendarmes put a stop to that. I was wearing my l'avion mask.

the problem was cars were going too fast past us. so we decided to slow it down a little. I asked the gendarmes if we could stop traffic, he laughed and said he could let us get away with it for a minute or two....the gendarmes were so nice to us.

yes, I know the L'Etoile had been blocking one side of the road last week, I am not sure how they were getting away with it, unless they have very deep pockets.

What possibilities are there if halting the progress of l’Etoile? Presumably they have the proper permits and approvals to complete the project.
