SXM to SBH - Winair

This will be my 4th time to St. Barts but first time in 10 years! Life got in the way I guess. Excited to return!
We will be arriving at SXM at 1:00 pm on a Monday (in June). Haven't booked a Winair flight yet, but looking at the 3:45 flight. I'm guessing that is plenty of time. Plus if things go well and move quickly, maybe Winair will put us on an earlier flight?
We will have one checked bag and two carry-on, plus a camera bag.
I have taken Winair before, but it's been so long and I'm assuming some things have changed in the past decade. Do you see any issues that we will have? Are there some tips to make it all run smoothly? I know that a checked bag is not always the best choice but we are likely going to have to have one.

We use SBC now however have used Winair in the past. 2 & 45 minutes is plenty. They have put us on earlier flights in the past however luggage did not arrive until later. If that is the case just go to the Winair desk at the airport and your luggage should be there. This happened on our honeymoon and I went back to the luggage carousel (no customs) and retrieved my luggage. Enjoy your time in paradise!
