Sorry.. I haven't been topless.....

Just nude. }:|

And no, I won't post THOSE pics, LMAO! :p

God, I love this island....

And, you're a great sport, too! ;)

I'm just this minute starting two batches of Rhum Vanille. A "short recipe" for next week, and a "long recipe" for August.

I'd like to second Theresa's rec. for Ilena. She was to put out the new collection a week or so ago and surely has some suits (plus many other things) that your husband won't be able to say no to.
I'd also like to compliment you on keeping your school girl figure...not always an easy thing to do as the years pass.

A shout out to Lance...Fedex one down there right now.... ;-)

I can relate...on my first trip to St Barths, Saline swiped my prescription sunglasses!
After sulking on the beach for about a half hour, a woman on the beach near us found them as she approached the water. My husband went to collect them from her and didn't realize until she handed them to him, that she was completely naked.
It was a memorable first trip...you can't trust Saline...she's a thief!

Nice glass recovery! Some years ago Kathy lost her prescription eyeglasses as we were blasting across a lake. I got some evil stares after I said "that's why I use Croakies (any other similar thing will do. We just use whatever our local REI store has in stock.) She's become a believer. ;) :p

I'm grateful that the Flamands Blue staff and I are worthy to have you as our Guests---keep up the great vacation reports!

Worthy???

Please, Jeff...

we are tickled to be here, and thank you for letting us use your villa!!!

We are SO in love with St. Barth's!!!

We are relaxing right now after grilling shish kebobs on the grill, and are about to jump in the jacuzzi, with a vanilla rhum, and watch the stars!!!

And the best part?

We don't have to go home for a WEEK!!!

I will be just useless in a week!!!

p.s. Stay tuned, y'all! Hopefully, we will have some AMAZING pics tomorrow night...and that's all I can say about that.... :p

FWIW? I've been sailing + swimming with the same pair of polarized sunglasses for about 10 years....

You know, my husband said the same thing..."Why don't you wear Croakies???"

}:(

Men.

How about I just....

TAKE MY DAMN GLASSES OFF AND LEAVE THEM IN THE BEACH BAG?!?!?!?!?!

:p

Back to the hot tub!!!

Stow or secure the glasses. The hot tub, on SBH, sounds awfully good.

Everything else is just bonus time. Very nice. Thnx. (Oh and I believe you can get Croakies, or similar, at many shops on the isle. I've often used the shop across from the Hideaway.)

Kevin,,,

You may need taste tester for that batch...in that case bring a little, or a lot, Sunday..... LOL

I live on the beach in Florida and spent a lot of time on the water. I always wear sunglasses and something to hold them on....

So,,, how stupid was I on SBH two weeks ago when I did the jet ski tour? I finished the ride sans my $150 sunglasses....

I have a v heavy pair of polarized 'Hobie' sunglasses that I used to wear sailing the, uh, Hobie. thick, bulletproof frames that have held up to multiple 'crashes'...(if you don't flip a hobie, you're not sailing hard enough)

croakies, croakies, croakies Mags....sunglasses in the water is a natural.

Don't you know husbands are ALWAYS right?

or just become a Maui Jim/Revo/Ray Ban dealer and not care because they re dirt cheap....

but yes Croakies are a must on the water...as much a must as having polarized lens
