St Barth Properties announced a new addition to its portfolio – the Villa Jade in Marigot, owned by French rock n’ roll legend Johnny Hallyday.
Guests will arrive at Villa Jade to find a wooden bridge over a lily pond leading them into a view of the main living area, an infinity pool running the length of the property, and sweeping views of Marigot Bay.

Characterized by contemporary architectural design, modern art pieces, and a variety of Asian décor influences, the distinctive space boasts unique features such as a home cinema and fully-equipped gym.

Five of the villa’s eight bedrooms are housed in separate pavilions around the property, which also includes a three-bedroom family wing in the main house, where guests will also enjoy a kitchen stocked with every culinary amenity imaginable.

The outdoor living space features a long portico offering shade to the poolside seating and dining areas, including a Jacuzzi and hammock overlooking the sea.
The distinctive Villa Jade holds up to 16 guests at capacity, with pricing starting at $35,000 per week

Sounds beautiful . . . as a downhill "neighbor," I've always wondered about the house we see. It appears to be very tasteful & not of the garish, over-the-top sort that now is going up next to it.
