Snorkeling

Greetings St. Barth friends. Suggestions for the best snorkeling around the island without taking a day cruse? Thanks

The beach at Rosewood Guanahani had a number of turtles in the middle. I love watching them eat. The other place we enjoyed was the colombier but you have to hike or boat there. We did the hike down and back one morning for exercise but I wouldn't carry a lot of equipment to this beach. Don't do it without water if you are going to be there for any amount of time. I also saw people snorkeling at Saleine but the Sargassum was very bad there Friday and Saturday (June 3 & 4th) but may be worth checking out as we were there on June 2nd and it wasn't bad.
