Shell Beach? Do Brazil??

I thought that trash was dumped into the sea from up near the hospital, not from down on Shell Beach. I remember sitting in what is now HCH in '89 and watching a refrigerator float by. But those were the bad old days.

The good news is that the island, like the rest of us, has become much more enlightened on environmental issues and trash disposal. SBH now seems to do at least as good a job of waste recycling and disposal as any island in the Caribbean, and quite possibly better.

Kevin is right, they dumped the trash from higher up, close to the hospital, not down at sea level....

SBH actually does a better job than most all US cities with their waste.
