If none of the requirements for entry to sbh in the above letter was being enforced before June 21st. doubtful it will be enforced now. but its looks good on paper. sbh will have their backs covered for when mainland france checks their paperwork.

when I arrived, only a passport was needed at the airport. I think that letter is just for show...

I am trying to find out the rules if you only have had one vaccine (pfizer) (part 1 of 2). I do not want to cancel my trip - but I also do not want to quarantine for 7 days. I had the first vaccine and had a bad reaction to it and they will not allow me to receive the second. I had an antibody test and I do have a fair amount of immunity but finding the answer to this question has proved to be very difficult. Any suggestions on how to find the answer to this? I have not seen this addressed on any sites. Thank you!

Apparently it’s la Préfecture and not la COM that’s gumming up the works and doesn’t know the difference between orange and green.

I highly doubt that if you show up to your return flight at St Barth airport on day 5, the ticket counter is going to tell you to go get a hotel for 2 more nights before you are allowed to come back to the airport to check in for your flight home...

Even for non-vaccinated travelers, isn't the 7 day minimum gone? As well as the compelling reason?
Or are you referring to 7 day isolation or the test to be done after the 7th day? I read it as if you are only staying for 5 days that it is fine, but you would have to self isolate for the entire 5 days.

This is the same protocol (for vaccinated people) we followed for our April trip, with one exception. Because we were flying from SFG, we were not required to show a negative test. In other words, the only new document we were required to show to customs was our Vaccination cards. Yes, THAT'S IT.

I arrived on the 15th of June. only had to show my passport to customs and I came via sbc. I was not asked for my neg pcr test or anything else, no one outside to take my temp like in January.. doubtful anything has changed. why do you worry so much?

Diana, just to be perfectly clear, is it your advice to ignore all of the protocols and just come on down? People are genuinely confused about the situation and look to the Forum for clarity.
