Pearl Beach or Nao Beach

Any opinions on which location would be best to watch our sons learn wind surfing at Carib Water Play, etc? Have been to Pearl Beach for lunch many times in the past but it seems much different than when it was Tom Beach and we stayed at Emeraude La Plage.

One vote for Pearl Beach - it's more casual, right next to Carib Water Play and good food !

The two places have very different vibes. NAŌ Beach is even more different than Tom Beach. Definitely choose Pearl Beach.

I think if you are in your twenties, you would choose Nao, 30 and above choose pearl . the food for all ages is the best at pearl. the music at nao is in a word...bump bump bump, you get the point, not even good music unless you have had quite a few drinks and its midnight at a club somewhere.

We actually do both. We like to hang out at Pearl Beach so we rent chairs there. It's cheaper, more convenient and there is more sand so we just like the spot better and we like the staff and the ease of getting to the bar, the bathrooms or whatever if we need to, but we often opt for lunch at Nao. Pearl Beach food is OK, but not great IMO and a smallish menu and this gives us a chance to hit both. IMO lunch at Nao is underrated and much better than PB foodwise. We always walk over early and ask about one of the tables right at the edge with the great views and they usually save it for us. I've heard complaints about the staff but they have always been fabulous to us. A little later at lunch it gets a little "Nikki-ish" and wild sometimes, not always but sometimes, but we are cleared out by then because those are usually our mellow days. But chairs at PB for sure. Amazing spot and amazing deal and great staff IMO. Something about relaxing there and watching the planes fly by is just part of our core experience and something we just know we are going to do at least once a trip and usually more
