O'Corail is a favorite breakfast destination, right on the beach in Grand Cul de Sac, with a view of the wind/kite surfers working the bay. They open at 09:00, closed Monday. It's also popular with locals for lunch. It used to be under the radar, but now sometimes fills up at lunch, requiring a wait for a table. Reservations are accepted. The phone number is 0590.29.33.27.
