Need a Special Villa...December 17 to 21...

Oldest son, who basically grew up on SB with family vacations has found "the girl". We are so happy for them. He's taking her to SB to propose...but he.s early in his career...wants to pay for everything himself. Of course at a great price.

He needs a 1-2 BR...on the beach or close...nice views......Flammands, St. Jean, Petit Cul de Sac....would like to get everything but needs a great value....

I've been on the on forum for years and was thinking maybe someone has a last minute booking, special place.

That might be tough. I think most places require a two week rental at that time of year.

Maybe try the Hotel Village, or Le Village (formerly Village St. Jean). They have short term rentals. It's not on the beach, but it's a short walk.

You’re talking a Double Unicorn here.

The first Unicorn is an affordable beachfront villa at any time of year,

The second Unicorn is the timing. For many villas, Holiday Season pricing kicks in on December 15.
