Re: Any secrets to getting rid of Japanese Beetles?

I think I have found success! I put a bowl of white vinegar next to the basil, the beetles seem to be repelled by the smell! Don't have neighbors so that is not an issue. I also have a jar of soapy water just waiting for any new pests! Good ole vinegar the answer to many problems.

white vinegar s a miracle solution to many critters...we dont have a beetle problem in NH nor did we have one in Colorado but in NH we have a very bad carpenter ant problem and I spray white vinegar around the outsides of windows and along the foundation and they stopped coming in immediately......also to some degree stops mice from coming in as well.....seeing that my dumbass cats cant catch them...Wendi told me the other night both cats had one conered and it STILL got away!...LOL

Cheep!

Psst...(whispering) there is a slight difference between a snake swallowing a chirping chick on video and a natural repellent such as a smell or scent....
