We peeked in last night on way to L’Isola. Very inviting ambiance.

one of their excellent pizzas and a glass of wine for 25€ sounds like an attractive deal.

usually the prices in that column from Le News is for lunch only - would be interesting to see the size of the lunch pizza du jour...

I was not impressed with Lucali the time I visited, I prefer Les Bananiers…

We’ve just dined once at Lucali, but we enjoyed the overall experience and the pizza was very, very good.
We’ll weigh back in this winter with another review.

The pizza is ok, I also prefer Bananiers - - but they do have a very good burger with grilled onions that is delicious.

Nothing against les Bananiers, but we were one-n-done, as it did nothing for us.

we felt the same this past January-during our 3 week visit we always went once a week-this year was 1 and done-definitely not the same under the new ownership-if you are just going for Pizza that's a different story-still excellent with Luigi!!
