Looking for Piano to rent on St Barth

Hello!

I'm having a wedding in St Barth and I'm wondering if there's any piano I can rent on the island.
I plan to serenade my future husband with my piano skills from when I was 12 years old

Looking into all options, even if someone has a piano in their home that they're willing to rent out.

Would love a white baby grand piano, but I know my options may be limited.

So please let me know if you know anyone that has one!

Are you looking to move it somewhere or on site? I think you have a better shot at keyboards.

why not rent a villa with a piano already in the villa. villa apiano in st. barths marla villas is advertising it.

We've already booked our rooms at Le Barthelemy. I wonder if the villa will rent it to us. Need to find someone to transport it also.

Yes, we would need it to be transported to our hotel. A keyboard would definitely be easier, but it wouldn't be the same.

Have you checked with the hotel concierge? or the incredible problem solver Vincent at Premium IV services?

a piano is an extremely hard item to move. you might luck out and the villa apiano might not get rented. they might rent you the villa for one night or afternoon to play their piano. who knows. this season is looking to be a renter's market with all the event cancellations.

There is or used to be a spinet piano at Le Village. You could check there. The space was unused at the time but it used to be the restaurant there. If the piano is still there the space would be nice for a reception.

Pretty sure Villa Rock Star at Eden Rock has a beautiful piano. It may be worth the second mortgage for one evening. :wink2:

All jokes aside, agree it will be easier and perhaps cheaper to see if there is a villa with a piano that you can rent for an evening. Moving a piano is a very difficult task.

That is such a fun idea! However, I agree with Didier that most who own a piano would be very reluctant to have it moved (I would never move mine). And, the price it would cost to do so (moving costs AND tuning/readjustment costs) would probably far outweigh a one night rental of a villa or event space.
