I'm so glad to see a shout out for Le Repaire - it is always one of the first dinners we enjoy upon arrival. Yes, still authentic, yes great food, and great service, and we always make a reservation so we can sit along the balcony and watch people etc. Bravo!

Many places open in July (notably, L'Esprit will be closed). You won't find any shortage of places to enjoy.

We'll be there in July as well. It will be our second summer visit but our only other July visit was 20 years ago! Other than L'Esprit I believe Le Ti is closed and Shellona just closed because a new restaurant will be coming for the Fall.
