Kyody

I think it's being totally rebuilt.
It was up the hill from our Villa . . . on the road that now is part of the detour between Marigot Bay & Camaruche. I driving there, I don't see the "Kyody" sign anymore, and a villa was razed where I think it was located, with another one under construction. As Tiffany says, the site has a beautiful view.

It may have been updated or currently being updated, but the living area is very open air meaning no AC or screens in the evening. The bedrooms had doors that closed and air conditioning, but the other living areas were very open. Took some effort to close it up if raining or if mosquitoes were out. It’s beautiful though.

Such a shame if that got torn down. Like your villa, it had a lot of character and charm.

Well, I’ve rented it so I sure hope it hasn’t been torn down! Dennis, is it the turn before or past C&C?

It’s on the detour road, up the hill from CEC. Beautiful views!

Visited once with Dawn Gumbs, just too big for us. Reminded me of our 1st to 3rd SBH visits staying below Castelet at Bertrand Lentz's cottages on his property. Partial to Lurin for us, Colombier & Merlette tho stayed only once on Vitet & Marigot.
