Great pictures and excellent reporting, as always! I hope to have that signature pasta parmesan spaghetti with truffles and vodka next time. Many thanks for keeping us informed (and drooling!)

Au contraire, UES. This picture was taken by the waitperson while standing with her back to the pool. Are you familiar with this dining room? We chose the table at the entrance path to take advantage of the lovely breeze. The corner banqeutte was filled with a party of eight. There were at least 9 other tables occupied. I must add that the majority chose the truffle spaghetti dish as either a starter or a main course....the cheese wheel made a tour of the entire dining room this night!
