I started mushrooming with my father when I was 10 and watched the woods disappear as houses were built on them. There are woods around the corner from me where I have been collecting and eating the mushrooms for years but that is going away as homes will be there soon. Damn.

A little garlic, oil and breadcrumbs/locatelli, herbs- in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes and done.

Mike- there is always time. We love wild mushrooms- the taste is so different than farmed and we live near the biggest mushroom farms in the US- Kennett Square.
