Hotel near SXM

Hello all!

Booking our flights for our April trip to SBH and are contemplating arriving in St Martin a night early in order to grab an earlier Winair flight the next day. Hoping that will give extra time to grab our luggage, pick up the rental car, do some food sopping, then check into our villa. Does anyone else do the same and could you recommend a clean hotel fairly close to the SXM airport?

I’ve never stayed but I’ve heard that Mary Boons is a good place for an overnight stay.

what time do you arrive in SXM? why not just switch planes and get to SBH the same day rather than all that back and forth for one night ...
