Hotel Le Village for sale?

hey folks,

I am heading down this winter for the first time in a few years, I was looking to book Le Village and in my google search I came across a real estate listing that its for sale. Owners retiring?

It states "Confidential" however they literally name the hotel in the website listing. Curious.

Personally I would hate to see it claimed by yet another luxury brand. Don't get me wrong, as much as I love all the opulence on the island, there is plenty of that already however I feel it would be a real shame to lose one of the very last family owned, lower priced hotels left on St Barts for us non billionaire set.
