Kevin and Eve: I actually drove on the runway intending to go up the rock but not knowing exactly how to get there. I saw this wide blacktop road and decided to turn onto it. After a while I realized there were no traffic markings and turned around. Somebody in uniform soon arrived and helped me find the way.

Nice pic. Just for the record, I've glided that skateboard a few times.
I can't believe that Saba (TNCS) would ever be listed since it's not, technically, a commercial airport. Special restrictions apply and you can't get a flight chart easily. Best that most folks can get is this (and a stern warning not to attempt a landing unless in dire emergency) -
