i like the looks and sounds of it, but i really struggle with selecting a villa like this from some photos. it seems to me that the pictures often make rental places look nicer than they actually are. so if anyone has any first-hand knowledge of this villa, i would appreciate hearing from you!

it will just be my wife and me for a honeymoon, so we won't be using the extra bedroom and will desire some measure of privacy.

Hi!

My husband and I will be staying there in June and also at sib slb . . . we know of both of these and anticipate a great 10 days . . . staying 5 days at each.

We'd be glad to let you know how it goes!

The fun part is truly in the search . . . late at night, a glass of wine and have fun looking for villas!

This will be our 4th visit to the island. Our villas have included: BBK and FAN.

We have always gone in the low season and have enjoyed all the beaches with barely anyone on them early in the morning until around 11:30 and then headed for lunch and back to the villa for the afternoon rum in the sun!

thanks for the help. after looking at hundreds of villa pictures, i decided to call wimco to get their take. i was pleased with the discussion and recommendations...and it helped to affirm my leanings toward LED...

hi dan, I looked at the villa you are asking for. in my experience villas from wimco are pretty much the same...that was my experience. for the villa you chose i have some concern on the pool. there are a lot of villas with the infinity pool, where you can enjoy very nice view. then colombier is almost far from everything, and built quite a lot. we stayed at SIB SAS last year, very private, magic view on st jean bay, walking distance from eden rock and st jean beach. why don't you get a look?
