Us too, on one trip we were parked in the spots along the road in Marigot, we came back to find the back window of our Jimmy smashed (we later found the rock) the car was dropped off and replaced the next day, insurance took 3 months to pay them and they waited, on another visit our friends had a flat tire, we put the spare on and drove to Gustavia, the car was found, tire replaced, no problem! Best service ever.

I too have used Gumbs for years (decades), and they are my first recommendation. I had previously tried a few other firms, but once I found Gumbs I never went back. I too have managed to put a few scrapes and dings on my rentals over the many years, and promptly reported them to Odile. A few were waved off, and I was always fairly treated on the others.

I always wanted to rent the worst Suzuki Samurai that she had. When she sold the last of them in her fleet she gave me a brand new something with less than 100km on the odometer. I was scared to drive it, and even more scared to park it .

We too love Odile! The few times we've had issues--someone backed into our car at Saline, once or twice a battery--always taken care of quickly and with no problem. I send friends and friends-of-friends to Odile, once even a honeymoon couple, she's the best
