BTW, Pascal's modifications to the bar area at La Guerite are very attractively done. I think there'll be a big uptick in business associated with the very attractive & comfortable ambiance that has been created in a formerly uninviting "hole" (i.e., the old bar area, in my opinion -- not the restaurant space, which I like). In this regard, I will note that in a long acquaintance with a Pascal, his venues have been eclectic & varied in success . . . but never without elan!
