Gift certificates/gift cards

Hi to all, would like some advice. We are arriving on SBH this Monday for 2 weeks and we have a person on island that we would like to buy a restaurant card for her on return for favors she has done for us. Does anyone know if any restaurants offer gift cards or certificates online that we can purchase prior to our arrival?

BeefBar has a very nice gift card as well that comes in a fancy envelope. You can purchase one right at the front desk.

That’s a lovely gesture! Many restaurants in SBH do offer gift cards or certificates, but availability online can vary. I’d recommend checking with popular spots directly through their websites or giving them a quick call. Some might even arrange it over the phone for you before you arrive!"

As most of the hotels and beach clubs are now closed for the season, you might have to wait until you get here and buy a gift certificate for Esprit or Pearl Beach or one of the other places that are open now.

Another good idea is buying a Spa visit gift card if the restaurant one doesn’t work out.

I’ve had better luck calling the restaurant directly, since many don’t offer online gift cards. Most places will prepare a paper certificate you can pick up once you’re on the island.
