Five Stars for VIP Transfer

Morning all -- just booked our villia via Wimco and arranged for VIP airport service due to a close connection. We land in SXM at ~12:30 and I booked us on a 1:50 Winair flight to SBH. They recommended Five Stars, which was a new name for me. Has anyone used them before? I'm familiar with PremiumIV and used them some time ago., the services appear to be the same. www.fivestars-stbarth.com

Ground services in SXM are only provided by a very few companies. Premium IV and others subcontract to them. Personally, I prefer to use Preminm IV, because in the past, when things went sideways, Vincent was all over it for me.

Another vote for Premium IV. Vincent has helped us so many times. On our most recent trip, a few weeks ago, our flight to ATL was delayed…we made the connection to SXM with only a minute to spare, but our luggage didn‘t. Vincent and his team made the claim to Delta for us for the missing luggage, picked it up in SXM when it arrived the next day and promptly delivered it to our villa. They really go above and beyond with their service.

I'll be using Five Stars this coming Sunday and will let you all know how it goes. They were recommended by Wimco concierge..

Update -- I used Five Stars this past week and had an excellent experience. Very courteous and professional. They met us at the terminal in SXM, quickly got us through security, retrieved our checked bags and got us on the next WinAir flight to SBH, almost an hour ahead of our original schedule. In SBH, they met us, gave us some cold waters, helped us get our rental and then delivered our bags to the villa. 10/10 would use them again.
